Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice.
Our Policy: • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00. • A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling to the clinic for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will still see you for your appointment however, there may be a delay to ensure that patients that do arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
We understand that situation such as medical emergencies ocassionally arise. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
